Got a regular wash cut & blow dry and later found out I got an extra charge of £20 because they decided to finish it off with straighteners (in total paying £60). Claiming this was part of a Brazilian blow dry bundle, which I never asked for. Didn’t inform me during the treatment I was to get this charge.

Unfortunately I have cried my eyes out for 24 hrs due to a catastrophic mistake both in cut and colour. I’ve had this hairdresser before and it went well. The colour was perfect previously and a trim was given. This time sadly half of my hair was hacked off and I left the salon with ginger and purple hair. I went to the salon again for colour correction the next day and left worse. I’ve been hysterically crying for a day. I have to sadly rate this one star as I don’t want anyone else to go thru
