I have been suffering with pain in my shoulder and arm so went for a deep tissue massage. The lady was very attentive to my problem areas, relieving a lot of the tension in my shoulder and arm. The massage was the best deep tissue massage I have had, with a variety of pressures, movements and pressures. The biggest surprise was the use of the warm bean bag, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely use this venue again.,

I'm not one to complain about the service industry, but this was the worst massage I've ever had. Having booked for a 60-min deep tissue massage, I was given a quick 'medical examination' by their resident doctor and it was suggested I do 30 min of acupuncture and 30 min of massage instead. The upsell was annoying. The massage started 15 min late, and I wasn't offered a towel for modesty during the ordeal. The door kept opening and closing, and it seemed as it more than just one person was coming in and out of the room. Very disconcerting. It was the most painful massage I've ever had, and had to ask the lady to stop a number of times. I was bruised for three days after. They tried again to upsell as I was leaving.

Lovely venue, great staff. While I was there they suggested doing 50% massage and 50% acupuncture. I took their advice, although I'd never had acupuncture before, but it worked wonderfully well. They were all really lovely, and although they tried to sell me some Chinese herbal medicine pills afterwards, when I told thanked them but said that I wasn't interested, they didn't press the matter at all.

Like anywhere, they want to sell their products, but they don't press you if you don't want them. I would highly recommend this place, and would hope to go again at some point.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. DO NOT go to this place for any treatment. I had booked a deep tissue massage and I arrived and was ushered down a dark staircase to a treatment room where a man gave me the worst and most painful massage of my life-- the worst part was during a few different people came in and out of the room to come and push on my back all shouting in Chinese. It was really awkward and uncomfortable and without confirming he started to do acupuncture (which I did not book) I asked him what he was doing and he just started sticking neddles in my back. It was awful and then he left me in the dark for 30 minutes. I tried to call for help but no one came. After that the woman sold me another lythodraintic masssage which was a comb being scrapped against your skin. Also terrible experience as I came to relax. At the end of the treatment-- the woman behind the counter was so pushy and demanded that I pay her £150 for Chinese Herbs for 1 week treatment. She showed me a chart which had someone else's name on it and started to feed me some bullshit. It wasn't even ACTUALLY my chart!! Then she went behind the counter and brought back used bottle of herbs and tried again to sell them for £60. It was really a joke and I never wanted my money back more than anything in my life. I never complain but this was the worst spa experience I've ever had. If you want a great massage go to Thai Harmony on Goodge street. They give the best deep tissue massage.

Too pushy for further purchases and to be honest this is not the best Chinese style massage around here. It was just ok.

The acupunture was really great, the massage just OK. The staff was too pushy and insisted a lot for you to purchase more services, which made the experience less pleasant.

I went for the massage with acupuncture because I had a pain, and I feel relieve inmediately after the session. I been doing different massage before including physioterapy for weekes and never had an improvement. I highly recommended this therapy. Staff are very nice.

The therapist was a good massuer i could tell as she massaged my feet very well, not used to this type of reflexology, treatment stopped halfway through as she thought i had booked for half an hour, she then continued when she had a word upstairs, but it left me in a bit of a limbo. The receptionist was offputting in the way of trying to sell the treatments in a kind of harsh manner.

Have been a customer of Dr Shu Jun Duan off and on for several years so having a West End clinic is very convenient. I was suffering from stress and stomach issues. Dr Shu Jun gave me acupuncture treatment supplemented by massage including use of a scraper. After the treatment I was left in the warm comfortable room and felt an amazing glow throughout my body. Afterwards I felt a good feeling of ease and grace that lasted several days and my symptoms had subsided.

Friendly staff in a central place; it is opened on Sundays which is very convenient and it is located fairly close to the underground station.

This is one of about three branches of Shu Jun Healthcare.
I was seen by reception who asked for a print out of my Wahanda purchase.
I told her it was not necessary but luckily had a text reply from them to show her, maybe she was new.
Was lead downstairs into a very large treatment room, plenty of space and great massage couch.
The therapist asked about any pains told her back problems and she started gently then applied oil began firm deeper
pressure.
She mentioned about trying some acupuncture and cupping but told her maybe nextime.
Afterwards she left the room then came back and started using a heat pad which took me by surprise.
I was really enjoying my treatment and it felt like being there for ages.
At the end she strongly advised me to see her for the other chinese treatments, got dressed and saw the clock it was half hour to my amazement.
