They really need to work on the staff approach at this place. I’ve been a few times now but the place is just a bit unloved. No drink offered (I had to ask after the first hour), didn’t take my jacket, no magazines in the whole place, no WiFi, no head massage when you get it washed.. I do however love my hair colour but do not bother paying for a cut. The cut took 4 minutes. Yes 4 minutes. I still have loads of split ends so won’t bother next time. The staff are nice when you talk to them, but they don’t seem very keen on working there. They spend most of the time walking out the front of the shop and being in their phones.
Such a limited amount of colours, wanted bright pink and they didn’t have any. There were 8 colours to pick from (I literally counted them). You sit in a normal salon chair and sit awkwardly to the side so they can do them from the seat next to you. Not a very good experience. The woman was lovely but the manicure didn’t last long. Was all a bit naff.
