Overall I liked my haircut although I said I didn't want anything to change on my fringe but the hairdresser decided to use thinning scissors on it without asking me first.
I didn't like two things in the salon:
The manager or owner was speaking with another colleague in their own language in front of clients and the rest of their colleagues.
When I went to the till to pay the manager tried to charge me £49 although my booking was for £30. £49 in Northampton? No way

The salon seemed short staffed and the staff were running around doing multiple jobs at once. I was most worried about equipment hygiene and the staff being able to do the job safely especially during Covid.

Friendly staff. Good shampooing and excellent eyebrow threading, which I added on as a service at arrival. I was pleased with the volume achieved, which lasted all day.
