I enjoyed being able to choose the oils used and felt less stiff afterwards. However I've marked down for ambience as the rooms where the massage took place were a bit tired looking and lacked ambience compared to other places I have visited (felt a bit like a disused office). They were also cold despite the masseuse putting on a heater.

It was my first hot stone massage and also first time at serene senses, so I only booked for a half hour, but it was amazing. By the time I left my shoulders were no longer level with my ears and I felt super relaxed and at great spirits. Suzy was very professional and asked me both if I had muscles I wanted more focus on and if I wanted a gentle or firm massage. I felt in good hands and I have already recommended going to a few friends. I'll be back and next time it will be for an hour (the half hour just went by too fast).
