Sue was great to begin with. She asked me what I wanted and was pleasant with her responses. The cut was good and quite professionally done.
It was when she began styling the hair that there was a distinctive burning smell. She made a reference to the assistant that she probably was burning something inside. Next she burnt my scalp so bad I screamed. She simply brushed it aside saying it's nothing and I'll be fine soon. I had to run back home to ice the area. She didn't offer any first aid.
