Julia is really attentive to ensure a pleasant experience. For ex, checking how much you want taken off prior to cutting then just before cutting showing you how you want. Small details like ensuring the length is kept the same shows she listens and communicates well. A wonderful job. Will come again.

Julia was really friendly, she was careful to ensure I was happy with the result and made me very comfortable with the overall experience.
