waited months after months to get hair exstentions, when they arrive the texture is completely different, the colour is completely different. Had already paid the deposit of £250, and had gotten my whole time wasted couldnt have my hair done for my birthday as i couldve just gone somewhere else, and they had very little communication, most of my calls and texts would be ignored and when i wanted an update i had travel to the salon myself and would be told lies, im still waiting for a response.

I went in on Friday to book a 'soon as possible' appointment. About 20 minutes later Donna was explaining different options and showing me pictures of what can be done with my hair and she did a great job, as always.

Had a very poor experience. First they overcharged me by £45, and then when discussing it with them over message they tried to delete some of their replies when they realised they had admitted the mistake, luckily I’d taken screenshots to prove otherwise. Then when I booked an appointment with them (again had proof over messaging), they didn’t enter it into their system so when I turned up it couldn’t be done so it was a total waste of my time.
