The location and setting of the spa is beyond odd - going underground in the street! Once inside, the space is so tiny there's hardly any room to open the door and move around it properly. My beautician then attended to me without checking who I was or my booking. Evidently she could speak little English so chose not to speak at all! She proceeded with the facial without checking if I had any sensitivities or reactions or what it really was that I was looking to get out of the treatment. I didn't find the experience very pleasant and the treatment didn't seem to have any positive effect.
