I booked in for a bikini wax and unfortunately it really didn’t go as well as I’d like. The woman had very long hair which was not tied back so it was just hanging down the whole time and she would flip it from one side to the other. Also upon getting home I can now see that so much hair was missed and there was literally still wax on me that I had to take off myself. And not just little bits like a very visible amount. Honestly was quite disappointing and felt quite unprofessional.
Brazilian Waxing
If I could leave a zero rating I would gladly do so. Having prepaid for 4 treatments of those 4 only 2 were able to be met due to some far fetched excuse about an electrical fault to equipment for drying nails.. The cavalier manner whilst checking in. The standard of hygiene leaves alot to be desired, slovenly anything will do .Standard have plummeted since I was there 4 months ago. Preparation for manicure and nail gel application was unhygienic. This was my final result for my finger nails please see photo. Avoid Pure at all costs unless accepting of those standards. Fobbed off to Lothian Road branch for pedicure for next week. Its disgraceful. My date ruined. I won't be back . The nail gel has come off. Absolutely disgraceful. The brutal way in which the manicurist did my finger nail cuticles continuing to butcher them having informed her that she was hurting me. I will be looking elsewhere for my treatments. The shop requires new management. I will be asking for a refund of £115. The shop owes me £20 therefore it will be a refund of £135.
