The spa was relatively small and would have been an issue if we had our massages first. The bathroom was also very small which made it challenging to get changed and use the lockers (lots of people in there made it squishy).
But if you time it right you'll enjoy!

The massage was fabulous but we were underwhelmed by the rest of the facilities. The plunge pool was cold and very small, the main jacuzzi was shut for maintenance and the two smaller jacuzzi's were dirty and cold. There is potential for it to be a good spa but we were disappointed.

Four of us went for a girls' treat day. Great staff and service. The spa was small but perfect for what we needed. We felt pampered and relaxed at the end. Great value. I will recommend it to others.

The treatment itself (massage) was very good for me. However, the facilities at the spa are very poor. They are too small for the amount of people going, you can fit comfortably 3 people in the jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is for working out rather than leisure which means it is tiny and freezing and the steam room wasn't working. All in all we did not feel relaxed as you constantly had to move between the sauna and the jacuzzi every time someone new came so they could have a turn. The 'relaxation room' was chilly and there was only water provided. Massage good - staff lovely - facilities very poor. Utilise the treatments if you are staying in the hotel but not worth a trip there.
