It was spa with treatment and prosecco. When I called to book they did not specify which one was. Then I asked and said a massage.
On my arrival, I was late they were accommodating. Massage from Irene was nice, nice therapist. We used the bubble pool but we could not use the wave pool. We did not receive any explanation, only showed where things were located. I received the prosecco when I left the spa and only because I asked. The guy told me is here.I said I didn't know, I don't think he realized I was sarcastic as I was expecting theywill give us before or during the spa experience. The prosecco was flat and we drunk in the river side as the terrace is closed but the website shows the pictures... They give you all the equipment, the guy did not explain to much but if you ask he is nice. Therapist very pleasant, small spa. No place to enjoy the drink.
Overall was ok but not as looks from the website

Nice and cosy atmosphere, very friendly staff, back massage was very professionally done and the facial was fantastic. My only critic: the swimming pool isn't really a pool (max fit 2 persons) and the Sauna was not hot enough. However, we had a lovely morning.

Worst massage I've ever had, very poor facilities and the swimming pool was not a swimming pool at all. It was the size of a 12-seater dining table, so you couldn't swim. Customer service wasn't great. I complained about my awful massage and was told management were downstairs but they wouldn't come up and talk to me and I'd have to send an email to them. Someone took my friend's towel and they wouldn't give her a new one.

It was good value for money. It would have been better to be able to use the facilities prior to the treatment, especially the gym. I did ask if this was possible, but it was not an option I was told.
I also felt there was a lack of information as to timings, where to report to.
It was also unclear as to whether the two hour use of the facilities was including the changing rooms, so it was a little stressful at the end feeling I had to rush to be out by a certain time.

Having the gym with general use does not aid the ambience in the relaxation areas due to the noise, especially as people were doing boxing training
