I was kept waiting with wet hair for 15 minutes. I understand that Rebecca was the only stylist but she was late finishing her previous appointment and then had an issue with an incorrect booking, by which time my appointment was running significantly late. Unfortunately there was a minimal apology which was very throwaway
I get my hair done with Rebecca every 6 weeks and is always a enjoyable experience. She is the only one I trust to do bright colours on my hair and love consultations as we have exciting ideas.
Poor customer service.
She was very careful with trimming the back of my head, but when she moved on to the side she just cut a chunk of my hair without even asking. She "assumed I want a straight line". She didn't even see that my Bob cut is angled. I don't wear my hair shorter than the jawline, it's now an inch above the jawline. Fringe is uneven, so is the straight line she aimed for.
