Recieved a really warm welcome and they listened to what I wanted. Loved the look created. Luciana is very patient and a perfectionist and my make up lastest well. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to lack of cushions or a reclining chair which caused a bit of a stiff neck. Otherwise ma experience was fab.
