It was completely empty when we arrived, there was a staff member that just hovered around the pool watching us and made us feel very uncomfortable When more guests arrived later on in the day he seemingly disappeared which eased the atmosphere a little. However, overall I wouldn't recommend and won't be going back, Although the pool is beautiful, the amenities are very small, it would've been horrible had it been busy.

The pool was a bit on the cold side to be able to enjoy. The sauna was quite small as the stream room, comfortable for 3 but any more and you felt quite uncomfortable very quickly. A group of females, were quite loud and any relaxing was out the window. It was an expensive experience which I wouldn’t want to relive. We spent 30 mins in the spa! The ladies changing room was quite small and although only 4 people were in there, we were touching!!! I’d say go elsewhere to Avoid disappoin.

Was trying to find the review section so I could leave my feedback. I was extremely disappointed in the experience. I had organised this spa for my friend bridal shower as she getting married. Upon the arrival we was not even greeted. We then finally got the two members attention. We then asked if we could get dressing gown the two stag instantly said NO! Aggressively. I said we are willing to pay extra, as we had friends that needed to be covered for religious reasons. Not clean place!
