Are we allowed to use this service as a regular customer? I was told to phone in future. Because a higher paying customer would take priority over that appointment rather than booking through Treatwell. I felt so guilty and felt like I had cheated my hairdresser out of cash as it was 50% cheaper than normal. I was asked to book over the phone in future and ignore Treatwell though it saved me money. I didn’t want to upset my hairdresser but I obviously did.

Kerri is brilliant.
Have been to Kerri before and the cut and blow is the best.
Exceptional cut.
Takes her time and asks and listens to what you want and also offers advice.
Nice friendly lady.
