Treatment started 15 minutes late because the equipment was in another room and apparently staff had to wait until it was free before they could get it. Staff were friendly and the pedicure was good while it was happening, although longer than the 45 minutes advertised. Very small selection of colours. The therapist must have put the wrong topcoat on because my nails were still sticky 4 hours after I came home and so I had to put my own topcoat on to try and get it to dry before I went to sleep. This didn’t work and needless to say the nails are completely ruined and need repainting. Even as she was choosing the topcoat she said “some of these look really old I think we need to get new ones” - not very reassuring! Please contact me to arrange a refund of at least 50% of the cost of the treatment.

Radiana has now left, which is a big shame. Those who have taken over make for a less comfortable experience, though the staff are all friendly. The treatment itself was much more painful that usual, at points incredibly so - wax not left to set properly and so on. Not amazing results. I was asked what could be improved afterwards, and I'm sure service will get better as time goes on - though those who think they're booking with Radiana, maybe think twice!

I had a great experience having a deep tissue massage. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nice atmosphere and conversation. Good value for money too.
