Unfortunatley the person I was due to see was ill so my Shellac manicure could not proceed the the manger was brilliant. He had tried to call me a d when I got there he took me to a different salon and got me an immediate appointment

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the deep tissue massage could have been better and the treatment started 5min late and ended 10min before scheduled time (for a 1h appointment). Unfortunately I only noticed this after I stepped out of the shop so it was too late to point this out. For obvious reasons this impacted my opinion on the experience, especially since I thought the massage was average at its best.
