Emma was so lovely, chatty and efficient. She made sure I was comfortable and used a mixture of hot wax, warm wax and tweezing to make sure I got the best possible outcome. Thanks Emma!

ust wanted to say a massive, massive thank you to Sarah who is an actual Godsend of a hairdresser. Can not be more happy with my hair and didn't even expect it to be this good!! Honestly am stunned with how sweet she is and how she pretty much read my mind of how I wanted it to look. Thank you !!!! xx

Manager really rude. Asked for a Dark spray tan but it was more medium than dark. Asked the manager if it was possible to have my face sprayed again (as it looked no different) but was told the colour would develop within 8 hours, it did not leaving my face a lot paler than the rest of my body.
