The best waxing ever, the hot wax is very good and the technique is spot on. The location is really quirky and the staff are lovely.
Beckyh was so lovely. It was my first wax (yikes!) but she was so reassuring and the wax was quick and clean. The environment was very relaxing and chill, all around a wonderful experience.

Wax was good, my hairs were tricky and uneven and the therapist did her best to sort me out. I had quite a few stray hairs, plucked them myself when I got home. Lighting was not great, weird location inside an office space so the atmosphere felt random. I have had better experiences elsewhere so probably will not book again. I have a big bruise and not sure how, maybe the wax was too hot for me. Therapist was lovely though and seemed experienced.

I went for Hollywood and legs to be waxed and although lady was friendly and attentive, she has used wax strips on some sensitive areas and I was sore for 2 days after, which hasnt happened to me using other therapists, who have done it by using hot wax without strips. The lighting in her room was also not great, as when I got out into the sun and examined quality of waxing I noticed left out patches and hairs, so I cant say it was the best expirience ever. I would give it 3.5.
