on arrival we were a little disappointed about having to pay £3 an hour for parking. However from that point onwards the experience was fantastic. The therapist took notice of what I wrote on the consultation form and paid attention where I required it most. The massage iteself was just right, very relaxing and the masseuse focused on getting rid of knots with a lot of determination. Towards the end it did feel a bit more rushed but I think thats because I had some stubborn knots I imagine. I highly recommend this place, and my wife also enjoyed it (we had a couples massage).
Facilities are a bit limited bit it is a hotel after all, the steam room and jacuzzi are quite adequate, pool was clean and large and the sauna which was in the changing room was a little on the small side but thats fine as its in the changing area. massage itself 8 out of 10 and the facilities 7 out of 10.
