I booked 60mins massage but didn’t get full time even I wasn’t late(arrived 5mins before). Booked the treatment at 3:40pm and started the treatment after 3:50pm (had to fill the consultation form again which I did it online before arrival) but the treatment finished at 3:40pm. I requested to have general full
body but didn’t get my arms at all. Wasn’t worth paying £84 and I won’t come back…
