Awful service, turned up for my booked appt to be told the beautician was on holiday and no one else was there to take me. The woman took no responsibility and didn’t even apologise, she said it wasn’t her fault, Treatwell should have told me - pretty sure the business has to block out their availability with Treatwell or how would they know?! And if you had a booked appt that you knew no one was available for it is your responsibility to contact the customer to inform them? Very disappointed.
