Just booked for a eyebrow thread so a 5 min appointment...20mins later after arriving still had not been treated and there was no sign of the girl finishing up the treatment she was carrying out on the lady before me...was unable to wait any longer as had children to pick up,told the girl I had to leave as I had waited long enough and she politely didn't seem to care.
