I really enjoyed my massage with Steve. I had been suffering with a painful neck and he took great care over treating this area. Always checking in that the pressure was ok and any discomfort manageable. It felt much better afterwards. Steve is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Excellent deep tissue massage; my first and most probably not my last! I have been having all sorts of shoulder and back problems and deep tissue massage released most of the tension leaving me feel looser and more comfortable than I have been in months. The therapist was great at adapting the pressure to manage the more tender spots. Highly recommended!

MOBILE SERVICE ONLY*** Hello and welcome to Prana Massage, I am based in Hawkhurst and offer a mobile massage service within a radius of around 15 miles. I offer a range of Holistic treatments that include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage.

In 2015 I travelled to India to retrain as a massage therapist. I really appreciated the style of teaching I experienced there, focusing on the quality of touch. This taught me to respect the holistic nature and interconnectedness of the body and mind.

I studied many techniques, combining musculoskeletal practices with energetic work to create a personalised therapeutic experience. I tried to tune into both Eastern and Western modalities, recognising that both clinical study and spiritual alignment play their part in the art of healing.

A consultation is provided before any treatment so I can focus on your individual needs and provide a bespoke service, just for you.
