got a brillant deal for 10.00, for a spa/treatment, firstly the building is beautiful, and the staff were so lovely and friendly, felt relaxed from the beginning, BUT then this is where the problems begin, we were shown into a communal changing room, plenty of big lockers but no private changing facilities, we were given a robe, which in my opion wouldnt be fit to wash my windows with, dirty grey when it should of been pure white, also not soft or fluffy, had a feel like sand paper, we were also given towels, again my floor rags are in better condition, a washed out burgundy and thread bare with bleach marks on them, the spa pool was lovely and warm and the sauna well far to hot and very small.
We then had our treatment which consisted of a mini manicure, mine lasted all of 10 mins even less, and yes it was lovely but not the best.
There was a overwhelming smell of food throughout the hotel, and it was a nice smell.
for 10.00 we were not disappointed but if i paid any more then i would not be a happy costumer.
If they got there towels/robes sorted out then it would be much better.
