I had a balayage done at Poison Ivy and paid £105 for the service. When I arrived for my treatment another customer was complaining so I was left with half a head of foils in for a long time. The 'balayage' looked like grown-out roots, not the natural style advertised. I also asked for a natural golden blonde but am left with an unnatural white blonde. I came in again to have it re-bleached and re-toned but my hair has been over-lightened. A refund was never offered. I will not be returning.

I got hybrids done by Jen she is so lovely, she is amazing at lashes, I’m in love with them. Will be coming back next time x
