Very friendly lady and took her time to do the job which I really appreciated. I didn't like that a waxing roll-on machine is used. I think the spatula is more hygienic. Also the Hollywood as advertised isn't full (waxing inside and outside) and you'd need to pay an extra £10 I think to do the inside. I was a bit surprised by this as Hollywood should cover everything. The lady was really nice and did it to me free of charge.
