The staff member was not very thorough when doing the treatment. My treatment was scheduled for 30 minutes. I was in the treatment for about 10 minutes.

Booked as a gift for someone I was so embarrassed as they wanted to leave.
It was an office building not a clinic as advertised!!!! I was dumbstruck it was very hard to find and it changed the mood and experience. The cubicles were small and the bin was full of visible wax strips (take is a no no ) very unhygienic. All that aside our skin was really cleansed well and my lady was very attentive.
Great staff, just hate the new location. The building and room is fine, it's just out of the way now. But overall I'm happy with the treatment.

Due to the change of venue it was awkward to find, I tried calling the landline number listed and it went to voicemail. Although the lady who did my wax was lovely she wasn’t who I had booked the wax with, which slightly irritating. Also usually when I get a Hollywood was done by Jas (ex staff) and she use to apply a powder around the area this time nothing was used, after mentioning it, it still wasn’t used. I’ve been having a wax for 5 years so I know what is usual and what isn’t for my own body. After this wax my skin felt very sore and when person who waxed me initially finished she had left regions out and I had to ask for her to go do the region again. When I had gotten home, it was embarrassing to realised some of my back regions weren’t waxed off properly. I’m not sure if the person was completely new. Saying this when I went to get ready for my wax as well I was told there was no clean towel and my appointment was in the morning at 9:30 am. Although she didn’t see me till 15 min later. Also after the wax usually I can apply the aloe Vera or after treatment wax. However I was offered the aloe Vera gel to apply with a cotton gauze not a cotton pad which was basically useless. But the lady was nice in general, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Perhaps it was the technique.
