I have been working with Thabian for the last three months, and he has helped me achieve more goals in this short time then I have for years. Not only do i feel better i look great too. I have lost almost a stone and a half and this is down to his easy nutrition plan and hard work at the gym. I recommend Thabian to everyone, he really is a pro.

I have been training with Thabian for almost more than 2 yrs now. I did run my first marathon with him as my trainer. My transition from a non-runner to full marathon finisher (without any injuries whatssoever) would not have been possible without Thabian. He is a fab trainer. He is always dedicated in helping you fulfill your goals. As a trainer he definitely knows what he is doing. He will push you to do things (even if you moan) which is good for you in the end. :)

Great varied sessions from boxing, weights to running. Keeps me motivated & focused. Also helped me with rehab exercises. Great adaptable style to suit all clients.
