Booked in for a long hair trim and hair treatment to in total last 50 mins, didn’t need a blow dry at all but was given a wash to get the treatment out and a rough blow dry after the hair treatment and was charged for a ‘director wash and blowdry’ without needing one as I had a parking time limit. I booked through treatwell only for a hair treatment and long hair trim. Unfortunately the bill came as a surprise as it was double the treatwell booking I made! Despite my email showing what I pre booked, Penny took only £10 off the large bill as good will. I was clearly not happy at the added cost of ‘director wash and blowdry’ for £27, still paid the extra money and left with my damp trimmed hair. As great as the hair treatment was, did not appreciate having extra treatments not booked added to my bill. I paid a lot more than I needed to for the simple service provided. I’d have appreciated if Penny informed me or checked I wanted the extra treatments before carrying them out as I was under the impression I was receiving the service I booked through Treatwell. Penny was very nice, I just hope she reads the future bookings made through Treatwell properly to not have to have this issue with other customers.
