I booked massage went to shop and there wasn’t even a massage therapist working, my booking should not have been accepted. I had to ring the bell to get in, then a man answered the door, and the reception area was like an old living room, did not look clean at all. I was then told there were no therapists even working so I should go to his other shop… to be honest I was too aftaid. I’m pretty sure this place offers more than just massages. Terrible, do not visit if you actually want a massage!!!
Deep Tissue Massage
The massage was done by Lucy. This was the best massage I have ever received. She was gentle but firm the massage made me feel 100000 better. I would highly recommend this place. It was clean with a nice ambience and the price was really worth the treatment. I will come back for sure
Thai Massage
Honestly had the best 60 minutes massage ever! Amy was so comforting and had the right pressure to help with all my tense muscles. Friendly and you actually get the full 60 minutes of your treatment rather than your treatment starting from the minute you enter the door unlike other places. I highly recommend Sala Thai Therapy & Spa for a pregnancy massage!! Haven’t tried their other massages but i’m sure they’re all just as good. Thank you Amy! Booked again for same treatment in 2 weeks!

Incredible really was a deep sports massage loved it will be going back , really attentive asking if pressure was ok.
Used her weight to stretch and apply pressure . I was sore the day after but was to be expected muscle feel looser but will be going back for further treatments
