I rang the venue beforehand to check if I could have the facial as I am pregnant. I drove for an hour to get there and be told that they can’t do the facial on me.
They did not offer me any other services that I may be able to have. I drove back home which took another hour.

My appointment was at 10am Saturday 30th.
I like to arrive 10 minutes early for any appointment. There was nobody there. Finally got let into the building at 09.58 by someone rushing around trying to get things ready. The treatment seemed rushed as well. Seem to lack a bit care compared to previous appointments.
I won’t make appointments with Rosie again.

The treatment felt a little rushed there was no explanation of the procedure or how it would solve my problem.
The initial consultation said 2 treatments then I was told 4-6 when I actually had the procedure so I’m a little confused.
I was rushed into completing the forms so didn’t really have time to read them properly.
There was NO aftercare information provided.
I felt there was no personal touch and it was all about getting me and out.
