The entire experience was new to me and really great. The only drawback for me was the steam to be too long. I felt running out of air the last 5 minutes and this took away from the relaxation. The cushion or swimming board during the scrub is not comfortable and should be replaced by something else especially when lying on the front with putting the ears on them they get sucked onto the board and its uncomfortable. The massage at the end of the package was too short as it was soo good! :-)
