This was my second visit to the salon but unfortunately it wasnāt anywhere near as pleasant as the first.
First of all, I had a different member of staff doing my facial to the one I had picked for my appointment. This was disappointing as I had purposely booked a slot when the preferred member of staff was available, based on positive reviews. However I decided to give the member of staff allocated to me a fair chance.
The facial was not at all relaxing. I was very cold, and at one point a blanket was put over me to stop me shivering. I was told my skin wasnāt āthat badā which isnāt something that really want to hear. Lastly, I now have dark marks around some areas where too much pressure was applied during the extraction and Iām having to wear heavy coverage makeup to cover this. Not the service I expected for an Ā£88 facial.
