Overall, I think if you have curly hair this may not be the salon for you. It's a hit and miss. I have to say it is the worst service I have gotten for my money. firstly,I made a booking and it was confirmed with treat well but when I got there they were closed. I only found out when I was outside in the rain. I got redirected to another branch, and arrived around 5:20 and left at 6:40. Now I had gotten the joico treatment and blow out(20min). the treatment was in for 15mins, basically regular conditioner -not worth £35. then I got a trim, which I could not book online so paid in store. I think they did this on purpose to charge extra. Any way, I wouldn't have minded but I was told they were going to give my hair some shape when it's curly. I didn't get that my hair still looks the same it just had a slight trim. However, the worst part was the blow out, the girl said my hair was "easy" but the results were just horrible. I had to ask for some serum as my hair felt and looked dry - unfortunately that couldn't salvage the mess she made. my roots were still curly and some parts were frizzy at the ends. she could tell I was not happy about it but was just like, well what do you want me to do about. I think this is a bad attidue because she was rushing to get me out the door as they were closing up but I had waited so long and only recieved around 40mins of an actual service and the other hour was waiting around. Terrible experience.
This salon is very busy on a Saturday and therefore it can feel quite rushed. The hair cut was excellent as always but sometimes I think they are a bit overbooked on a Saturday so you don't get quite the same care and attention. Still, my haircut was great which is the main thing but I would rather go during the week.

Good haircut however they had much difficulty in colouring my hair.Grey remained unconcealed despite two attempts.Apologies conveyed.Refund for the latter given.
