Good massage but the room is situated in the gym so it is rather noisy and ambiance is not very relaxing.

Probably the best massage I've had! I asked the masseuse for a strong massage and she certainly delivered - all the knots in my shoulders are gone and my tight hamstrings feel much better. The only (minor) criticism is that they don't have their own waiting room and instead use the Soho Gyms one whilst waiting for the masseuse to collect you.

Good massage but felt a little non luxury (and odd!) to have to walk through everyone working out in a gym to be led through clinical gym corridors to what felt like a back room with massage tables in.

The massage was good though, just not the high-end venue you'd expect for the price.

Booked a deep tissue massage as I needed my shoulder muscles desperately worked on. They were so tight and sore from a lot of intensive yoga. Amy was super thoughtful and concentrated on the areas I needed and backed off when I asked her to. She was really attentive and made sure to ask if the pressure was too much, especially since she had jumped onto the table to really work into some areas. So impressed to see another female with such strength. It is a bit weird when you have go through the gym but the therapist comes and picks you up from the reception and once you're in the room, you can't hear a thing.

The spa is located inside the Covent Garden branch of Soho Gyms, tucked away on an upper floor. It's a cool gym, with polite staff, though I was happy to leave the blokes to their biceps and go into the spa to relax. Setting up the appointment was easy, the communication was great, and the actual massage itself relaxing, with my therapist suggesting several times that I was to say if the pressure were too much/too little, if the room were the right temperature - in other words, she wanted to know that everything was as I wanted it to be. A very nice experience, in the heart of London. I will do it again.

To get to the room you have to walk through a gym so that takes away just a little bit from the ambience of arriving at a spa. However once in the room with the therapist the room is very clean, the therapist was very polite and professional. With the wahanda deal this is a really nice treat during my break time from work. I would go back again.

It was rather strange having to walk through the gym to get to the salon, but the massage itself was very good.

The massage was good at the time but I think the lady used too much pressure...I'm still aching days and days later!

I have been to Opulence spa a few times now. The massage is really good and the therapists are friendly. Some work on ambience could be done to make it more mood uplifting. But nothing much to complain about. The massage makes up for it
