Aww feeling very relaxed when Ophelia his working with my low emotions, going through anxiety,depression mental health problems, and other which in my needs.
Ever since Ophelia has been helping me, I have felt a lot better in my thoughts of mind, if it was not for her I'd don't know where I would be right now. So grateful for the much needed support she has shown me, what more can I say thank you Ophelia your a very successful.

Aww I feel really great after the session I'm always in pain every day, having the session,s helps a lot its charming, relaxing, feels very soothing indeed, i forget about the pain I believe yogo really reassure me.
I'm praying that I feel less pain exercising my joints on a daily basis will heal the bones and muscles in the body ill keep doing this every two weeks and also working on my own in the meantime, I would reckomend Ophelia to anyone out there who are in chronic pain and suffering

Rheumatoid arthritis which I suffer from over 22 yrs of pain in my joints been through a lot, I am achieving a lot focusing on my health, mind, body and soul I suffer from mental health illness, Ophelia has helped me a lot.
I always look forward to our sessions every fortnightly, l feel better relaxed it like sound bath heals the pain in my joints, feels like I've never had any pain at all when I hear soft sound and music wonderful feeling.
