Great massage, Ella was so friendly and really listened to where I said I had problem area and focused on those areas whilst still giving a great overall back,neck and shoulder massage.

Staff was nice and professional. The massage was about 45min rather than 1 hour. Other staffs were chatting and making jokes around the reception area while the place was playing gym music. I found it noisy and unprofessional.
