There was a tiny mix-up with my appointment time due to Treatwell's booking system, but the salon's team reached out to me early in the morning and sorted everything out, managing to fit in my last-minute booking for which I'm really grateful. The beautician wasn't Demi though, it was Katie, who was absolutely fantastic and did a top-notch job!
