First reflexology treatment with Tanya and wow, what an eye-opener. An eye-closer too: so relaxing that I soon drifted away into a dream-like state! As Tanya worked on the pressure points on my feet I could feel that some places were more sensitive than others; when she told me the areas of the body these related to, they all corresponded with issues I’d been experiencing. I couldn’t believe the overall sense of wellbeing afterwards, including the best night’s sleep for ages. Brilliant!
