good visit but the prices on the wall are cheaper then on treatwell and missed the hot towel treatment

Wow, i went there with 10min before my booking to try and be punctual , there was only one guy inside that got scared when I told him about the booking , he had no ideea he was keep insisting he was new even though i was getting worried about who is gonna do my hair eventualy, a guy shows up , no good morning nothing goes to his chair and i'm asking him if he was my guy , he said yes but can i give him 2 min to have a cigarette, okey ...after I ask for some advices , the guy was literally clueless with no ideea , i gave him some hints and he just agreed with whatever i was saying , there was nothing from what i asked for ....hot towel , scissor cut, razor cut....all this missed ,the colour I asked for is not even close to what I said I wanted ,and i waited 50 min with the colour on my hair while he was doing someone else , completely forgetting that I was there, the clippers and scissors were absolutely disgusting, the hygiene of the place worse than a garbage dump , and the way they work lacks any sort of professionalism, they don't talk with each other , they use the same clippers without cleaning or sanitising, and to make my experience even better behind me on another chair there was 2 guys working there , two gangsta wannabees giving each other haircuts and swearing , with other customers just waiting to be ...well ...noticed really , the guy that did me seemed to be somehow trying to do his best but lacked the skills entirely...a better result I would have probably gotten from my local barber with less than a quarter of what I paid here ...what the apps says and what they offer is completely different. my worst experience ever , wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I’ve got to the venue and it was nothing like in the pictures. It was a simple barber shop with quiet poor hygiene. There was no hot towel service even though in the app I have selected a haircut and shave with hot towel. I would not go to this saloon again.
