The venue is centrally located and easy to get to. It's above a book store and there were slightly too many people for the class. I enjoyed the meditation taster session and the therapist was really good. If you were to continue the class it would have been £40 per week which I find is quite a lot and not many people can afford.
This was my first meditation class and really looking and has really encouraged me to book further sessions. Julie seemed very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend it.
The therapist has an extensive knowledge and experience in meditaion. She asked the participants in order to help us to make the most of our first introductory session to maditation. The session, which included two meditation exercises, was very interesting and illumanating. After this first session I understood more about principals, aims and techniques of meditation and I took an interest in meditation as a way to relax and focus. Certainly worth trying.

the venue took me completely by surprise, i was hesitant to go in at first because the bookshop freaked me out and i would never go into a new age place like this with tarot card readings etc. i did not like the venue at all but the actual room was ok, except very noisy and chairs uncomfortable/hard and lights far too bright for meditation. but therapist was good and explained the meditation very well, i just think she should change the venue
