Ahead of an upcoming ski trip and following a small injury I booked with Charlie for a sports massage. Charlie was brilliant, talked me through all of his techniques and what he was doing to help the injury. The day after I immediately could feel the benefits and was pain free. Charlie’s professionalism and conduct throughout was phenomenal and I would highly recommend. Thanks Charlie for helping with the injury and getting me ski-trip ready!
