My appointment was booked for 5:15. I made my way to the salon and incurred expenses just to find that the salon was shut!! They had a poster outside which also reflected the same opening times they had on google, which is that they shut at 6pm on Saturday! I was really looking forward to my blowdry and I had made important plans to attend. It completely ruined my day.
