I overall had a really lovely time at mermaid, came out feeling very relaxed and pampered and would love to come back again❤️
It seems there was a bit of confusion about bookings/appointments/therapists maybe?- I did a few treatments (manicure, massage and facial) and only small bother was that I think that confusion meant I got told to leave the room and get changed when I was then told a few minutes later I could’ve stayed unclothed in the bed for my next treatment, bit annoying but okay☺️

I bought this couples massage for my daughter and her partner. Although they both enjoyed it my daughter received a full body massage including head and face arms , even fingers whereas her partner only received back and shoulders with minimal leg and small amount on tops of arms. When I’ve had a couples massage before both therapists follow the same routine as this was advertised as ‘full body’. Both therapists were friendly though and the atmosphere was nice according to them.

Feliz was absolutely incredible, as always. Her Swedish Massage felt amazing, especially after a gym session. She always asks if there are any specific parts of the body I want her to focus on, which I appreciate a lot.
