Overall, I really liked my manicure - the shape, the colour, the staff was really friendly and attentive to what I wanted. However, I had to wait for 20 mins even I though I can on time. I agree, I booked late via treat well, but that slot was available online. Also, the salon appears very busy, so we were rushing a lot, because the next customer was waiting who actually turned up without making an appointment.

Had a good haircut here, though the salon was dirty (really quite grotty) and my hairdresser just finished smoking a cigarette before my appointment and stank. Despite this, the haircut was great quality and the staff were relatively friendly.

Always pleased with the way they do my brows here. Close to my work so easy to pop out during lunch. I did have a slightly longer wait than usual and had to ask after 15 minutes if it would be much longer due to needing to get back to work, however I booked my appointment via Treatwell only an hour or so before so think there was a slight oversight with scheduling when my appointment was accepted. Will definitely return, great results at a reasonable price.
