Overall very good. I id not really understand what she said from her English but that did not make a difference to the treatment. Also I HATED having my ponytail pulled out by the elastic by her. I wish she had the common courtesy to ask me to remove it myself, after all, I am of adult age and I know how to do it, alongside the fact that it REALLY HURTS when pulled out by someone else AND she ripped my hair out int he process which I was furious about. I really did not enjoy her rummaging around my hair trying to massage my head, all it did was stress me, made me extra tense and pulled a LOAD of my hair out which upset me. Aside from that, had she of focused on my neck and shoulders like I had asked her to all along then I would not be complaining about this other parts. I would use again but I will make sure she does not go near my hair!!!

Wonderful experience - I had my first ever facial with Maria today and it was amazing. Maria is so lovely and very professional she asked me a couple of questions about my skin etc first and made me feel totally relaxed throughout the whole experience. I would definitely recommend a facial with Maria, I've never had a treatment in my own home but it was such an added benefit to not have to travel anywhere and once the treatment was over I could completely relax in my own environment. I'm looking forward to trying other treatments with Maria.
