Lovely, relaxing massage however I would expect to be able to smell more of the aromatherapy oil used, there was no scent whilst I was having the treatment although my skin did smell nice afterwards. The massage was lovely, I would just prefer more of an aroma.

Massage therapist was great, good strength and a positive friendly demeanour! Receptionists never really that warm or welcoming and on multiple occasions leaves you locked outside despite being sat at reception.

I had an enjoyable facial but the atmosphere was not relaxing due to an alarm going off outside. The therapist kept on having to leave to make sure it was sorted.
