I bought this deal with a friend and it was great value for money. I had been wanting to try this hotel for a long time as the setting is beautiful overlooking the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa facilities are great and pool area is good as well. If you happen to be here on a nice sunny day like I was you'll not be disappointed with the views. They have a great balcony for enjoying a nice glass of wine. The food was fab and the wine choice was great! I would stay here again. We also done Go Ape for a bit of fun the next day if you were here with kids 12+ as its just a 10min drive away.

Loved the hotel and the staff were exceptional apart from one of the reception staff who was quite uncourteous.
The massage was pleasant but not particularly good. The therapist complained about her workload which seemed very unprofessional, I don't usually expect to have a conversation while having a treatment.

Relaxing, peaceful aura about the whole hotel. Staff very friendly, polite, extremely smart and efficient.
Spa facilities were almost spot on. The spa itself is serene and calming. Only one thing that let it down was no real quiet place to relax by the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Would have been good if there was a section just for Spa relaxers.
Treatments were tip top, my friend and I were there almost a week ago and our skin still feels smooth and soft.
Definitely worth the money. One tip it was great to get the deal at Last Minute. com but if you can book your treatments as soon as you can. The Spa is open 10am to 6pm to call through for bookings. Overall splendid.

Staff were lovely. The treatments were brilliant as were the facilities. My only complaint is that there were too many children around the pool but that can't be helped!

Bought the Celebration Spa Package. Bottle of Prosecco in the room was of good quality, room very spacious. Spa treatment was very good where we had a massage each. Steam Room and Sauna were perhaps not the best and were lacking in heat/steam so hence the rating. Dinner at the Garden room was very nice, with a pleasant view. Meal was fine dining, and was incredibly enjoyable - peanut butter parfait for dessert was the highlight of the night!

Great stay. Meal was superb. Stunning views. Only bad thing was we were sent to a room that wasn't even cleaned but it was just a system error and we were in a new room within 10 minutes.

Fantastic location and treatments but overall spa facilities (mainly the pool, etc) were a little disappointing. Didn't like children playing ball games in the pool and coming into the jacuzzi and the designated swimming lane (wearing flotation aids).

Great hotel, lovely location above Loch Ard. Our hotel room was huge and comfy. Loved the bath tub and shower in bathroom. Very nice wee spa. Great 3 course dinner in their restaurant. Great value.

The hotel was lovely, did call to book room and got a double instead of a twin. Beautiful views and awesome food!

Spa was great, nice and quiet despite the school holidays. The jacuzzi was out of order which was a shame as it's mine and mums favourite bit.

A really great couple of days, excellent value in the 2 day luxury spa package. Would definitely go back but would check for the jacuzzi and ensure the room booking was correct.

Stayed here for the Two Night Ultimate Luxuary Spa Break, would highly recommend it! It was fantastic! So relaxing, the food was amazing and the hotel itself was beautiful! The girls in the Spa, Helen and Julie were fantastic! We hopefully will be back to stay soon!!!

When we arrived our booking wasn't on the system and had no room organised. Gave us a double room and sent someone up to change beds to single ones. It was not recognised as the spa overnight. We were not issued gowns etc or received cream tea as advertised. I asked about this on 3 separate occasions and was fobbed off. I paid for spa overnight and ending up feeling anything but relaxed

Only down side to our time there was that we opted for an upgrade to a suite and we got given what I would call a family room with a balcony. Was not worth the extra £70pn.
